The platform allows creators to take back control of their fanbase and engage & monetize fans directly – cutting out the unnecessary middleman. The roots are in the music industry, but they have recently also seen an influx from esports teams, athletes, events companies, and influencers. Everyone is struggling to reach their fans on third-party platforms, and instead of being able to build a brand and business around them, creators are being forced to pay a third party to get access to their own followers. This platform solves this problem by offering creators an easy way to set up their own, fully branded fan platform where fans can unlock exclusive content & experiences. By signing up, fans share their data with the creator which allows the creator to reach 100% of their fans directly through email, text, and voice campaigns
About your new job as Head of Sales and Partnerships
For this fast-growing scale-up, we are on the lookout for a Head of Sales and Partnerships who will join the dynamic team in Amsterdam. This is an unique opportunity to get on board of this rapidly expanding SaaS scale-up that allows creators to take back control of their fanbase, and engage & monetize fans directly – cutting out the unnecessary middleman.
You will be responsible for leading the company sales performance and have direct oversight of all commercial activities. Next to that you will contribute to the international growth to help creators worldwide to take back control. As the new Head of Sales and Partnerships, you will help increase revenue by using your network to get creators on board of this platform, increase the amount of paying customers as well as establish strategic commercial partnerships with other complementary companies who can help them grow.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to
● Establishing a strong partnership strategy; ● Using your own existing network and sales effort to onboard paid creators onto the platform; ● Establish strong partnerships with other companies that will help this company grow; ● Building and leading the Sales and Partnerships team; ● Working closely with the founding team.
Who are you?
● Extensive sales and partnerships experience within SAAS/online products/marketplaces/platforms; ● A broad network in the music/creator industry; ● Strong communication and networking skills; ● Solid leadership and team building skills.
