Gijs Eissens

I am a 22-year-old student who will start a Master’s in 2023. I have done various jobs already to improve my social and working skills. I have experienced several functions within the hospitality world which made me highly motivated to connect even more with people. The jobs I had in some start-ups made me realise how passionate I am to grow something on my own and hopefully be able to do this even more in the near future. The sales skills I developed during various jobs have helped me gain confidence in connecting with people to do business. I am ambitious in leading people and managing them, because I love being around people and getting the best version out of everyone.

 

Currently, I’m expanding my network as a recruiter consultant at Blooming People by searching for perfect candidates for our current clients. Next to this, I build new relationships with potential clients to get new vacancies for my network. This will be specifically on the medior/senior level. My goal is to create long-term relationships with my candidates to help them find the perfect job and also to know more about several businesses to dive deep into a niche and gain enough knowledge to provide my services in the best possible way.
